Electron Trading Company is seeking an experienced HR
Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle employee relations, contracts, leaves, and personnel
files.
- Prepare payroll and social insurance submissions.
- Manage attendance and generate monthly reports.
- Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage performance reviews and employee evaluations.
- Handle exit procedures, final settlements, and government
portals.
Requirements:

Saudi National (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of HR experience within KSA.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
